In-Network Insurance Plans

Vortex Psychiatry is proud to be an in-network provider with several major insurance carriers. If you have a PPO plan with one of the following companies, your treatment may be covered:

Please note that coverage for specific services like TMS therapy, Spravato®, and ketamine therapy can vary by plan. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits for these treatments.

Self-Pay and Other Payment Options

For patients who are uninsured, out-of-network, or prefer to pay directly for their care, we offer a straightforward self-pay option. Our fee for an initial consultation is $465.00. We also have an annual membership program with a fee of $190.00 for subsequent care.

If your insurance plan is not listed above, you may still have “out-of-network” benefits that could cover a portion of your treatment costs. We can provide you with a detailed receipt (a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

We require advance notice for appointment cancellations. A fee of up to $465.00 may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments. Please contact our office for full details on our policy.
