Appointments &
Cancellations

All visits are by appointment only; we do not accommodate walk-ins. Your first visit will be approximately 40 minutes. To ensure a smooth process, please email your insurance card and any relevant medical records to our office prior to your appointment.

We require advance notice for any cancellations. A fee of up to $465.00 may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.
